We know y’all are praying for us. We can see and feel it. We
made it safely to Africa with all nine pieces of checked luggage. We have not
yet had any major issues transitioning into such a foreign culture. We have not
had any major sicknesses. We have not been overly tired. We have not been
overwhelmed. We have had sufficient energy even with our unbalanced diet. We
have not felt a strain on our relationship, even with very little alone time
and couple time.
We naturally expected to deal with some of these issues but
have not yet. And we know that that is because we are covered in prayer.
So thank you. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for
lifting us up before the Lord during this difficult time that had not been so
difficult after all.
